This website sets no cookies at all — none for analytics, none for advertising, nothing stored to recognise you. The calculator runs entirely in your browser.

Google Analytics 4 — measurement without cookies

Visits are measured with Google Analytics 4, and it runs without cookies: nothing is stored on or read from your device, so Google does not recognise you across visits or pages. Each measurement message carries the page address, where the visit came from, the IP address (from which Google derives an approximate location) and general device and browser characteristics. That data may be processed outside New Zealand. See also the privacy policy.

How consent works

Consent works the same way for every visitor, in every country — including New Zealand. Tags are governed by Google Consent Mode v2, which starts with advertising and analytics storage denied by default for everyone — there is no region where a cookie is set by default. This site carries no consent message and no other mechanism that could lift that default, so measurement stays cookieless permanently.

There is no advertising on this site, and no advertising tag on the page. If that ever changes, this page will list the cookies used and explain how to give, manage or withdraw consent first — and any refusal will have no effect on how the calculator works.
